WELCOME!
We welcome to the department Professor Tao Zha, who will also continue his work at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta where he simultaneously serves as a senior economist, a senior policy advisor, and director of the Center for Quantitative Economic Research. He specializes in the following areas: macroeconomics, financial economics, and econometrics. Recognizing the inadequacy of existing tools for macroeconomic analysis, he developed new ones to advance the quantification of macroeconomic policy analysis.
